Workshops on Computational Advances for Next Generation Sequencing and Molecular Epidemiology

The 6th Workshop on Computational Advances for Next Generation Sequencing (CANGS 2016) and the 5th Workshop on Computational Advances in Molecular Epidemiology (CAME 2016) will be held in conjunction with the 6th IEEE International Conference on Computational Advances in Bio and Medical Sciences on October 13-15, 2016 at Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA.

Workshop presentations are by invitation only. If you would like to inquire about the possibility of being invited, please contact the workshop chairs Yury Khudyakov (yek0@cdc.gov), Ion Mandoiu (ion@engr.uconn.edu), Pavel Skums (pskums@cs.gsu.edu), and Alex Zelikovsky (alexz@cs.gsu.edu). One page abstracts of invited talks will be included in the ICCABS proceedings published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library and full length articles will be invited to a special issues of BMC Bioinformatics and BMC Genomics following the workshops.
