Experimental Results

We provide two sets of experimental data, the first section covers all the experimental data related to the accuracy of the Algorithm5 and the second set contains the experimental data related to the structural motif search. The algorithm was implemented in C and the entire source code and all datasets/results can be downloaded from

The program runs on a 1GB(RAM), 1.3GHZ intel processor linux machine.
